Once we receive your enquiry, Krysta or one of the team will promptly respond to discuss your floral needs in more depth and start getting to know each other. This initial conversation will help us understand your vision and preferences.
After discussing your floral needs, we will prepare a detailed quote, including some preliminary designs, tailored to your specific requirements. This quote will include an itemised breakdown of the proposed floral arrangements, including seasonal flowers, quantities, design elements, and any additional services requested. We aim to provide transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions.
To secure your wedding or event date with us, we require a 30% deposit based on the total quoted price. This deposit ensures that we reserve our services exclusively for your date. Once we receive the deposit, your date will be officially confirmed in our calendar.
Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm the receipt and update our records accordingly.
We will continue to work closely with you throughout the planning and design process, providing guidance, finalising details, and ensuring that everything is in place to create the floral design of your dreams.
